We filed bankruptcy about 4 years ago and I got behind on my car payment that we decided to keep. I recieved a letter today that stated that we needed to surrendor the car to the bank yesterday. I can make a payment and give them a post dated arrangement of the other payments.. Do you think that they will still try to repossess my vechile?? Help I am worried about this so much that I think I am making myself sick?? What should I do?????

They don't want the car they want the money. They can technically repossess it anytime. The douche that said that people who don't pay their bills cause higher interest rates for others is an IDIOT. Everyone who knows anything knows that your FICO score determines your interest rate not whether or not others pay their bills. Maybe you should listen to your own advice "loser" if you have a high interest rate hmm;-)
